You pay for the program in either Canadian (CD$) or (US$) dollars depending on location. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX. Note for our American/International guests: these charges are made in Canadian dollars and converted by your credit card company at the best exchange rate to your currency.

All our prices are quoted PER PERSON. The prices include the cost of the full program, private room w/bathroom, meals, three (50 minute) massages each week, use of all on site amenities and taxes, and airport to spa transportation.

Shuttles between the lodge and Castlegar or Spokane (Saturday Only)are also included in program costs.

Airfare to Spokane or Castlegar is not included.

All our guests are required to sign a waiver and release of liability form before starting their program with us. As our activities take place in remote locations, sometimes without quick access to medical help, these activities may be hazardous and require acknowledgement of risk by our guests.

We do not permit possession or use of tobacco products anywhere on our property.

Our Terms:



A $100 deposit per week is required to reserve your space in your selected program. We suggest reserving early as we can only accommodate a maximum of 16 guests. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a confirmation package including a complete packing list of things you will need for your vacation, as well as a questionnaire, waiver and medical form that must be returned to us in advance of your arrival. 
The balance of the payment is due 7 days before arrival to retain your reservation; we reserve the right to sell your space if your balance has not been paid 7 days before your original arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:


Deposits are non refundable.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PURCHASE OF CANCELLATION INSURANCE

Refunds or credits are not given for early departures from or delayed arrivals to a program for any reason. Refunds or credits are not given for prepaid activities booked in advance if they are available but not taken during the vacation.

We reserve the right to offer special discounts via our web site at www.mountaintrek.com . Please check in advance of making a reservation for "last minute specials".

Programs all include: private bedrooms with private bathrooms for singles and couples in our exclusive private mountain retreat, program activities, all your meals and snacks, daily personal laundry service, use of robes, backpacks, water bottles, use of all facilities (guest lounge, steam room, infrared sauna, gym, fireside lounge), and transfers between Castlegar or Spokane airport to and from the lodge on Saturdays only at standard times (please check with the reservation staff about our driving schedule). Seven-night programs include 3 Swedish (50 min. each) massages. Extra massages and activities are available for additional cost.

NOT INCLUDED in the Program Price: air fare or transportation costs (other than standard Castlegar and Spokane (Saturday Only) airport transfers), airport departure taxes ($10 at Vancouver airport), baggage insurance, any expenses related to delay, early departure, or cancellation of a trip whatsoever, hot springs passes, taxes, and gratuities for staff. A menu of optional extra services and products is included in our brochure and web site, as well as an attachment with your Confirmation Package

Program prices are comprised of the following: accommodation ($75/day), meals ($50/day), provincial tax ($10/day), federal tax GST (approx. $33.95 per day), program and services (balance of total).

Gratuity Policy:



As we have been asked for our gratuity policy in the past by other guests, we have included the following information: Gratuities have not been included in the price of your Mountain Trek package. If you would care to leave a gratuity for staff, envelopes will be provided. Massage therapists are tipped on an individual basis. Thank you.
